how can i fix the KB2852386 problem ?

hi

i have a serious problem
after the KB2852386 , i run disk clean and it mess up all my updates

there are several topic about it but without a solution

did somebody find a solution ?

i tried on several machine without luck

1) i tried to update everything included KB2852386
2) uninstall KB2852386
3) run clean disk
4) install KB2852386 again

i'm going to be mad , restoring images and try a solutions , made me mad
maybe someone found a fix , maybe under a virtual machine

it's an old problem , i guess microsoft will no release a fix
the problem of KB2852386 is that include 2 hotfixes

Simple answer - don't use DiskClean!
Some of the recent updates are uninstalled by it - and there's currently no workaround.
