How can I get Expression Web from old computer to the new one?

I just bought a new computer. I'm going to use the Easy Transfer cable to get my files from the old computer to the new one. Both have the Windows 7 operating system. The Easy Transfer cannot transfer programs though. My question is this: If I put the Microsoft Expression Web disc in the new machine and type in the Product Key, will I have the website editing tool in my new machine? Or do I have to buy a new Expression Web program?

Also, when I use the Transfer utility, does either machine have to be connected to the Internet? I have the feeling that all this is going to be a bit tricky.

If everything is on the disc, then yes.

You may have to uninstall Expression Web from the first computer while connected to the net so the MS servers will de-register it.

Expression Web 4 is now offered as free software. So no, you won't have to buy it again.
