Can we assume that when you used the term RESET regarding your hard disk, you mean that you reformatted and re-installed windows?
If so then your attempt to do a reinstall of the PSAT program failed because the program only has one install to thwart piracy.
Your best bet is to wait until they are open and call them and tell them your sad story as education software is one of the most pirated type of programs.
