Solved How can I open the Download List?

When you download anything from the Internet a download list opens. As well as the current download, it contains a list of previous downloads; you can clean up the list by deleting any entries you wish. My question is, how do you open this list for editing at other times?

If you mean Chrome - Click on the spanner next to the address bar and click Downloads
