How can I remove program Icons

Hi Guys, I am running the classic theme of Windows 7 Ultimate and want to remove a few Icons.

The first one is when your on a windows it has an icon of the program of the Top Left.

The second one is the taskbar, How can I remove the Start Button Windows Flag Logo and each programs Icon for every program?

I would also like to remove the Show Desktop icon on the top right of Notification area as it isn't very good looking on Classic Theme.
