Solved How change Win7 forum username

Hi all,
how do I change my win7 forum username?
I cannnot find the option in the "customize profile" page

Your name can only be changed by a site Admin and we only allow one change, if you tell me what you want to change it to I can sort it as long as the name isn't already taken.
