For the record...I want to have no affiliation with that man...
With that out of the way...here is the meaning behind my name
I choose my name after my favorite video game hero Zidane Tribal who comes from Final Fantasy IX...

Here is a timeline of my life so far...
1783 September xx Zidane is born
1787 x xx Now four-years-old, Zidane is found by Baku on Gaia.
1796 x xx Zidane leaves home at thirteen.
1797 x xx At age fourteen, Zidane makes the acquaintance of Freya
1798 February xx Zidane returns to his home in Lindblum.
April xx While in Treno, Zidane meets Amarant and proceeds to ruin his life.

1800 January 15 Zidane "kidnaps" Princess Garnet and the theater ship crashes in the evil forest.
- 16 Zidane withdraws from Tantalus and escapes the evil forest with Blank's help.
- 17 The party -- Zidane, Garnet, Vivi and Steiner -- passes through the Ice Cavern and searches Dali Village's underground.
- 18 The party gets a hold of a cargo ship and makes a beeline for Lindblum.
- 19 Zidane runs into Freya while in Lindblum
- 20 The Hunting Festival is held in Lindblum. After trying their luck, Zidane and his friends depart for Burmecia.
- 21 The party falls to Beatrix at Burmecia

- 28 The party moves from Conde Petie to the Black Mage Village where Zidane tells Dagger of his past.

February 1 At Iifa Tree and confront Kuja. Afterwards, they head for Alexandria.

- 6 Zidane reunites with Freya and Amarant in Alexandria, after which he meets with Dagger. Zidane decides to head to Treno and enter the card tournament (much to Stacey Anne's dismay), but soon he must head off to Alexandria to rescue Dagger.
- 7 Zidane is injured -- but successful -- in Dagger's rescue, and is taken to Lindblum

- 10 Zidane finally awakens in Lindblum and discusses the what measures must now be taken.
- 11 Cid instructs Zidane to find materials to turn him back into a human. They fail miserably.
- 12 The party takes the Blue Narciss to the Black Mage Village.
- 13 Zidane and his party invade the Desert Palace, but they are captured by Kuja
- 14 Zidane and three party members accept Kuja's proposal to travel to Oeilvert.
- 15 Right after the party returns to Kuja's Desert Palace, Eiko is kidnapped.
- 16 Zidane chases Kuja to Mt. Gulug
- 17 Zidane and Co. rescue Eiko and Cid's wife Hilda to return to Lindblum
- 18 Zidane searches for Dagger who has gone missing
- 19 After traveling to Alexandria, Zidane finds Dagger before Queen Brahne's grave
- 20 Zidane returns to Lindblum with Dagger
- 21 Now in possession of the Hilda Garde 3, Zidane leads the party to to Ipsen's Castle to find a way to Terra
- 22 Before traveling to defeat the four guardians, Zidane elects to stay behind to search for Amarant when he is injured in the castle
- 23 Zidane travels to the Earth Shrine with Quina to battle the guardian lurking there
- 24 Having defeated the four guardians, Zidane's party travels to the Shimmering Island where they are lifted to Terra
- 25 Zidane and his friends arrive in the Terra city of Bran Bal; Zidane has a bomb dropped on him by Garland in Pandemonium
- 26 Zidane is brainwashed by Garland
- 27 Zidane meets back up with his friends and battle Kuja's silver dragon
- 28 Zidane and his friends face Garland, then Kuja defeats him
March 1 The party escapes from Pandemonium to Bran Bal as Kuja tears the place apart.
- 2 Zidane invites the other Genomes to come back with him when Terra is destroyed, and the entire population is loaded onto Garland's enormous ship, the Invincible.
- 3 They return to Gaia and arrive at the Black Mage Village

- 4 The Iifa Tree coats Gaia in a layer of Mist and Zidane and his friends -- now aboard the Invincible are ambushed by an entire fleet of silver dragons.
- 5 Cid leads an assault on the silver dragons, giving Zidane and his friends a chance to fight Kuja once and for all.
