How do a reload a missing MMC Snap-In ?

I am missing the Task Scheduler in the list of MMC Available Snap-ins, so trying to run it returns "MMC could not load the snap-in". I had imported what I thought was the correct registry entry for it, but even with it in place Task Scheduler did not show up in the available list. I deleted it again, but when I restarted it did not get recreated. My question is where to find what I need to make this work ? I attached the .reg entry I had if that helps.

Did you try system restore to a point before you had the problem?
