How do I accesss Safe Mode?

Has nothing to do with MS or operating system. That's a motherboard function before Windows is even recognized on the system when boot.

Every computer manufactuer has a different method to get to Safe Mode. Read your computer manual for the proper way for your computer.

Whoa ya, my bad...was doing a bios case and that was on my mind.
Safe mode...alright....no MS didn't change anything. F8 should get you there.
Go into the bios and set USB Legacy Support and/or USB Keyboard Support.

Hello RA5C,
You only have a few seconds during boot for this, so be sure that you are tapping F8 every second during boot to enter the Advaced Boot Options to then select Safe Mode from.

Couldn't find anything that looked like USB Legacy Support, but I turned off Silent Boot and have been able to hit F8 at the correct time.
