How do I change font color inside e.g. properties box? (img attached)

Did you reboot the computer after each scan?
Sometimes you need to run this three times.
Yes you could do Option 3 and post that log, I don't understand/or know how to read those logs but I will try option 3 looks like it lists just to corrupt files.

Yeah, I did. Few times, after each scan (5 scans).
I attached the sfcdetails file after "option 3". And yeah, it lists corrupted files that haven't been repaired.

I looked at the log which is still pretty tough for me to understand but it looks like you have a corrupt explorer.exe.mui and I'm not sure about your machine but I looked in mine and search found five of them so I wouldn't know which one of yours is bad.
I would recommend doing a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html which should not hurt any programs or data but it may be wise to back up your data first, after that I would run the scan again to make sure everything is okay.

Ha, great. And I wanted just to change the theme..
Is it possible that Windows Theme Installer v 1.1 or StartOrbz Studio 3.1a damaged that file?
I never did any theme editing before.

It could have been them programs but it's hard to say, I use StartOrbz Studio myself With no trouble but I haven't done the scan like you have I have over 100 .dll , .exe , etc. changed on my system I'm sure if I needed to do that scan I would be better off just with a clean install.
So far you're in the right area for your problem.

Ok, I did all the steps form Repair install and there were no problems after running the "sfc /scannow" in cmd.
Should I run Universal Theme Patcher now? (before putting the Zune Quickplay theme folder and the Zune Quickplay.theme file manually in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes)

Yes run the universal theme patcher and then manually put those Zune Quickplay theme folder and the Zune Quickplay.theme file C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Me again, sorry.
I've run "sfc /scannow" one more time to reset previously patched files, and it found corrupt files again, but after the restart I was able to see the difference when I changed font color in message box (screenshot1), but without that "aero" look. When I choose default Aero theme I can't see that change (screen2).
Is there another patcher or some other way to do it? I don't know, I'm guessing..

It's annoying, I want a dark theme, but all of them leave black font in message box.
If you or anyone else have any other clue, please help.

If you did not repatch again, when changing to a custom theme it will change to classic look. That's why it changed the font color.

Here is http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/34579-enabling-custom-themes-windows-7-a.html it's a service no need to patch.
