How do I change mouse button operations so each will requre left cntrl

I have an uncontrolable finger jerk condition which can be a big pain during some operations, therefore I would like to be able to require that mouse clicks require a left cntrl or left alt or both be pushed before a mouse click can occur. Is there anyway to do this.

Hello and welcome Redknight mate I seem to remember there used to be three button mice as to whether or not you can still get them I am not sure.
There is also the function of clicking with the scroll wheel as in dragging the page up or down but am not sure if this can be configured to act as a right click - if that is what you are looking for.
