How do I clear memory to make my PC more faster

Use clean boot and limit the startup items to only your antivirus program,
I'd also look into the programs settings to see if a option exists to start with windows or not and choose not too

To clear the memory just Reboot or shut down and restart. You will still have to do as ThrashZone has posted to make sure your memory isn't getting used up again.
