How do I disable local area Connection properties

Hi

How do I disable local area Connection properties for a standard use and for an administrator on a pc, users on my network keep changing the network adapter settings to allow them to have access to the internet. The users are a little tech savvy so by setting the adapter settings and just leaving out the default gateway and dns server address has not helped. I need to go deeper into windows network configuration to find a way to block them or find another way to prevent internet access. None of the users have email so they do not need access to mail either.

Yes i did and only managed to block the user account but not the admin account.

If a user has a admin account you are not going to block them. What ever setting you create with admin permission they can just reverse the changes you made.

My solution is simple.
Either the person with the admin permission follows the rules or they are gone.
Unauthorized use of the internet can be a huge security problem.

Set up Linux based proxy and impose time based restrictions? No idea if this would work in your setting though.
