How do i disable safe mode with networking in windows 7 pro

yes i know safe mode is needed which is why i jsut want to disable the networking part of it and keep the standard safe mode is there any command line or registry key for windows 7 that i can use to disable it ive ofound stuff before but it all seems to be for the old windows XP :(
