Solved how do i disable windows 7 programs from starting up?

hey guys just got told that tuneup was no use because it can be done by windows 7 without any programs to disable things, how can i do this?

Goto start orb type 'msconfig' in search hit enter, go to start up tab, uncheck program you dont want to start up when windows starts, obviously leave things like anti virus etc checked.
