how do I double check if Volume Shadow is on

Hey Guys I have 3 partitions on my 320GB hard drive. I would like to know if its possible to check if Volume Shadow Copy is turned on all 3 partitions. I have the Volume Shadow Copy service running, checked inside services.msc and I double check in System Restore and it says ON on all 3 partitions but when I open up Diskeeper 2010 it says Volume SHadow Copy is disabled . Can anyone help me out ? Thanx

If you type vssadmin list shadowstorage into elevated cmd it shows you allocated, used, maximum for all partitions. If used is zero, then there are no restore points. You then have to enable them as shown by Bare Foot Kid.
And vssadmin list shadows shows all restore points on your system. It is only a little messy to read. You have to watch out for the volume letter. But it shows the timestamp of the shadows (restore points).
