Hi,
I want to ask how do i find the dns server that process my request?
will that change with the search items in my browser or will the server has all the records that it fetches from its main dns server?
If suppose, one server does not have the required ips or name of search, then will it pass the query to its main server and if the main server does not have, then it gives it to still more higher primary dns servers?
so, every request you get resolved by the action of supplying of data from a nearest local server to the top? Please explain

Open a cmd prompt type

ipconfig /all

In the output you can see what your dns is set to thats what gets your requests unless its set as the router in which case that will have to goto another server. Most big servers like google, opendns will be big enought to have all the records
