Solved How do I fix an internal in Network and Sharing

I am unable to download anything using IE 11. All of the diagnostics I have run thus far point to an internal problem within Network and Sharing. I also ran a ping google.com - t and it never came out of the network to Google.

Hello and welcome ladylaw now for starters run these in safe mode (tap F8 while powering up)

Also have you run any malware scans? if not let us know and what net hook are you suing cable or wifi etc

Hello again just in case you are not familiar with them the scans we often advise to use are these and please keep them installed to use on a regular basis as no dedicated security is foolproof. Plus they are free just when you download and are installing the Malwarebytes take it slowly and watch out for the trial version tick box - un tick it or it will pester you with reminders the trial is over

ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
