How do I fix appcrash on my program?

dont know what the cause. before this problem happen, i was using window 7 home x64 but after i change my OS to window 7 ultimate 32 bit. i always got appcrash especially game program
when i start star wars fu2 or fallout new vegas or alpha protocol it appear like this
