How do I fix this glitch on the bottom of my screen?

Its on the bottom of my screen where the taskbar is it always glitches and shows some white thing then disappears then 2-3 seconds later is comes back so its kinda like a flikering white thing...I cant really explain it its not my taskbar I think I tried hide taskbar its still there.I tried everything!!

It almost sounds like a hardware thing. Did it just pop up all of a sudden? Does this glitch appear in safe mode?

Do you always see the problem, such as when you have program running or is it only when at the desktop.

Yes it always happens even in games eventually it stops for 5-10 mins then starts for another 5-10 mens

Can you connect an external monitor to see if the same problem exists. If not then it would seem that the laptop screen may be failing.

As sgage asked, does this happen if you boot to Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking? If not, use Clean Boot to determine the cause.
