If you bought a premade system, you might not be able to get an actual install disk of just the OS. Many times you either get system restore CD/DVD(s), or you get the ability to make a set of system restore DVD/CD's.
Aside from that, buy a copy...either OEM or Retail. Or buy a Technet subscription, download the ISO and make your own.

so I suspect your question is maybe a little different.
Is this a new computer? Did the computer come with any DVDs?
If you could fluff out your system specs then some of the chaps may have specific recommendation for your particular computer.
UPDATE YOUR SEVENFORUMS SYSTEM SPECS

Use Speccy - System Information - Free Download
and/or SIW to gather info for filling in the blanks.
Do me a favor. Please add the word laptop or desktop to the “system manufacturer” block.
Provide full windows version info, such as provided by Speccy:

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader, Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor
