How Do I Get the Small Red Shutdown Options Button Back?

How do I get the small red shutdown options button back onto my "Sleep" screen?

You might need to take a picture of the screen you're referring to because a sleep screen/ screen saver would not show a power button at all :/

My screen looks like this when I click on any button to wake it up from sleep mode (except without the small red button in the lower right hand corner):

It used to be there, but now it's not anymore. I always usually put my computer in sleep mode, but one day I had accidentally clicked on the Hibernate mode instead. The wakeup screen on that mode (Hibernate mode) notably doesn't have a red shutdown button at all, and now ever since I had accidentally clicked on that mode, now the wakeup/login screen on my Sleep mode also doesn't have it's usual red shutdown button anymore too as well.
