How do I install windows 7 without cd/dvd

My Toshiba Satellite A665D-S6083 is currently detecting a hard disk problem & recommended to repair or replace the disk. In case of total failure I ordered [FONT=verdana,arial,helvetica][SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1]a [/SIZE]500GB 2.5" Sata Hard Drive Disk Hdd.

[SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1]When[SIZE=-1] [/SIZE]replac[SIZE=-1]ing[/SIZE] my new hard drive, how do I install windows [SIZE=-1]7 home premi[SIZE=-1]um[/SIZE][/SIZE] with my [SIZE=-1]same[/SIZE] product key located at the [SIZE=-1]bottom of my laptop [/SIZE]without using the [SIZE=-1]installation[SIZE=-1] [/SIZE][/SIZE]cd/dvd[SIZE=-1]?
