ahahahahahaha... you are aware xbox ones and ps4s are soooooooooooo underpowered its not even a joke!!

neither can even manage to play the game at 1080p! the only reason they have it smoother is because everything has been dialed soo far back in order for it just to get 30fps.

ubi just got lazy and gave gamers a shoddy port. a few gigs of updates later and it will run smoothly.. by then steam will have it for £15 and ill grab a less broken bargain.

a half decent gaming rig will wipe the floor with the so called next gen turd! theyre about as next gen as a ps1!

But this is about PC version i don't care for consoles...

All im saying they did say it's going to be next-gen game what we did get is something like GTA3 with bloom and motion blur...

Since your expert i got to ask is it true ps4 cpu is weaker than one from ps3 i read this rumor not sure if it's true if it is we can forget about better AI and Physics

Edit: I did cheak again in other shop best thay have is 3GBx2.

First of all i did wrote i give up...but you had to again wrote another pointless post.

Secound how can you name video about reducing shutter if you can't? false advertising like whole WD game your guys working for ubi?

Third i don't see point in writing more i did give examples of games that are similar and more advanced but your blind to it no idea if your PR for ubi or just blind.

Edit: Just cheak other sites how many people are happy with WD steam page is perfect first time i see only negative reviews from user so yee it's only my taste guess steam stoped to bothering to delete negative reviews...

These new games are written for modern hardware. Whether your hardware is the most powerful of its generation or it is super overclocked or what ever is not going to help you because it is all sorely out of date.
Still, to freeze every ten seconds as if intermittently sounds like a software issue somewhere.
Do not spend money on this computer. If you find a cheap (as in, $5) QX9650 or something then get it and see if that helps but then you risk blowing more money anyway because LGA 775 was not designed to be tampered with after all of these years. The plastic pins might break. Your heatsink might break. Socket pins might bend.

I would suggest getting another HDD of any sort and installing Windows XP or Windows 8 with some base gaming drivers on it just to launch your games on that fresh installation and see if you're still having that every ten second problem then. If so, then you know it isn't old hardware related for sure.
I don't think freezing every ten seconds is normal even for old hardware that is out of date.

I still don't even think to myself that the QX9650 is just $5 because it is still expensive these days
