How do i show mirror in win7?

Hello
Whether in the form of Windows software, this feature is that if we have two disk
For example, one of the drives and disk drive 0 with one of the disc 1 are mirror.
disk 0 if the is corrupted for any reason. Data from one come up?
How can I show it in vmWare?

I have two disks (disk zero. Disc One)
And forty-gigabyte hard drive as I mirror created.
When I turn off zero disk. How about the disk 1 to bring one up?
What settings should I do?
