HOW do i solve my USB driver in windows 7

Hello,

my USB doesnot work at all, I mean I can hear the sound of connected to computer that is plug in
BUT,

1- it's not showing up
2- and I try to show all folders or drivers that are hidden in devices with removable storage , after that I cant check the disk or format it.. the massages were:
( the disk check could not be performed because windows cant access the disk )
( there is no disk in drive G:, insert a disk, and then try again)

3- I try again with disk management BUT, the disk1, removable G: no Media ......

4-I try again with device manager and I scan for hardware changes, and try to uninstall , and update driver ....

BUT THE REMOVABLE DISK (USB) NOT WORKING, when I just try to open the USB the massage keep saying ( please insert a disk into removable disk G: )



please if there is no solution to this problem , I just need to help me if I can recover my all folders inside this USB... its in need
