How do integrate install.esd in windows 7 iso

Hi guys, sorry for my horrible english, i´m brazilian and i have a doubt, I got through the DISM convert the install.wim file to install.esd of windows 7 iso, but I can not reintegrate this file to iso without using ultraiso or poweriso , do I can do this without using a paid program ?
