I had a quick look and found this thread here I suggest try the 3 suggestions made by "kinakillz" and see if it cures your problem

If you read through the many pages of posts on that thread it's starting to look like it's character and zone specific within the game , If it was me I would try making another character and seeing if it could login and i would be contacting the game makers and or GM
