How long doe's windows 7 MSDN license last? This guy says

"Best answer The keys offered via MSDN and Technet are Retail licenses. These keys do not expire, but as it has already been stated, anyone who purchases a Technet or MSDN subscription may not sell the keys they are given.

Return what you bought, get your money back and buy an OEM or retail license from a reputable seller, or purchase your own MSDN or Technet subscription if you have 3 or more computers that you want to put Windows 7 on. " yet mines bcame expired and had to get a new one

Look for the The Prophecy post. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/8261-63-msdn-subscription

My usual disclaimer: I'm not an expert at anything. :)

Here's what I've been able to find. Apparently, e-academy's License Management System (ELMS) is a part of the MSDN Academic Alliance.

Microsoft ELMS - Techrights

According to MSDNAA, all MSDNAA Memberships include exactly the same perpetual license — it never expires (even after students graduate!), as long as the usage guidelines are followed. (See item 6 in left column for student, faculty and administrator information.)

MSDNAA: Get Started: Step 2: Choose the subscription that's right for your department
