What is the OEM partition at the end used for? Is it from a previous Vista installation and inoperable now? If you know for sure, you could consider deleting that and adding to the unallocated space.

Then try making a new partition in Disk Mgmt: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2674-partition-volume-create-new.html or extend the Win7 partition: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2670-partition-volume-extend.html

If this doesn't work, post back and tell us exactly what you would like the HD to look like and we will give you the steps using free Partition Wizard bootable CD.

In the screenshot you already have 4 partitions on that drive - you can't have 5.

I just figured out from your last post - you have extended one of the existing partitions.

Glad it worked out for you.
