How To Add The Windows 7 Build in the Lower Right Part of the Desktop?

Open Registry Editor (type regedit in Start Menu's search field, hit Enter). Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Control Panel > Desktop. Double click PaintDesktopVersion, change the value to 1. Log off and log in, you now have the Windows version and build number on your desktop.
