How to change black text for properties windows in Windows 7 aero

Hi All,

I'm having trouble trying to find a solution to this problem. I have WSB and from what I understand the black text that I want to change cannot be done using WSB.
So what I would like to know is whether there are other methods I could use to change the black text? Could this be done by editing the shellstyle.dll? Or could I HEX edit some some other file to achieve what I want?

No one has found the black text, its hard coded somewhere, been looking for years.

Thanks for the quick reply, I thought that was probably the answer but what I don't understand is how does the high contrast themes manage to change the color of the text?
