Hello, I am new to the forum.:D
Can someone help me with the problem. I want to change how big the windows are when I maximize them, because I don't want them to be full size. Even if it is third party app, can someone help?:confused::confused:

Welcome to the forum.

What you want is not possible, at least not without third party software which I know nothing about.
The dimensions of a maximized windows are clearly defined relative to the dimensions of the screen. This is not a user setting. A window that does not completely cover the screen is by definition not a maximized window.

If Aero Snap isn't enough, you might want to look into a tiling window manager. Reddit has a decent thread on the topic. If you have nVidia graphics, there's nView.
