Hello Thijzzzzz,

Try this
:ar:Keyboard

It's Control Panel>Region and Language>Keyboards and Languages>Change Keyboards>Add>French
You will probably need to reboot then.

   Tip
Using the US-International keyboard layout, you can input many oft-used characters easily. Type Alt-E for é, for example, Alt-N for ñ or Alt-Q for ä. Alt-5 inputs the € sign.

Read the Use the US-International Keyboard section

I found a tutorial here in the forums as well

I can not see your screenshot, try this

:ar:Post a screenshot

When making the changes make sure you:

Click Regional and Language Options.
Go to the Keyboards and Languages tab.
Click Change keyboards
Click Add... under Installed Services.
Make sure English (United States) (or another English language) is selected under Input Language. United Kingdom for you
Select United States-International from the Keyboard layout/IME drop-down menu.
Click OK.
Click OK again.
Now click the language bar.
Select United States-International from the menu.

Then the tip above in post 2 should work
