How to change the Welcome Screen?

I've recently purchased a asus eee 1001px netbook and everything seems to be as i expected from windows 7 starter except the welcome screen.
Every time i turn on the netbook i get an awful image from a beach greeting me..and when i shut down the same image appears letting me know that Microsoft wishes me goodbye.
I do not want to deactivate the screen, i just want to change the image. Is it possible? I rather wanted it to be like the log on screen image...

thanks! i ended up to try LogonUI and it solved my "problem". =)
