how to connect a browser and Internet?

how do u set this up, no proxy, auto, manual..?

The Use system proxy settings setting is default. If you have no proxy configured, either the no proxy, or the auto detect you have checked will also work, and if there is a proxy configured, it will detect and use it. A Guy

i checked auto detect or no proxy,
and
closed this tab,
and opened the tab again,
'use system proxy settings' is checked....???

Hmmm, maybe a Nightly build thing? I am able to change to any in my version. Rarely use FF. A Guy
