How to connect laptop to tv

I want to connect my laptop to tv, so that I would be able to access all of my files, that are stored in my laptop, through tv.
Is it possible? My TV has ethernet and usb port (I can't connect TV to my router (so I cannot connect it to my local network and share files by this method)).

Noskas16, Sorry but TV's are not computers and in most cases the USB port is for displaying either videos or pictures. There aren't much smarts in TV's as they don't have a microprocessor and memory.
