How to copy all photos from windows phone to windows 7 pc?

Hello.

I want to copy all photos to my pc. I followed this tutorial: Transfer Files via Bluetooth Between Phones & Windows 7 PCs

My menu does not have receive file. Do I need any other software?

Is this a Windows Phone 8?

If so, you could also use OPTION ONE in the tutorial below with the Windows Phone app. The Windows Phone app allows you to easily move or sync files between your Windows Phone 8 and a computer. When you install the Windows Phone app, you would just need to connect your Windows Phone 8 to your PC using a USB cable to be able sync using the app.

In that case, you could use OneDrive to save/download your file with on both your Windows 8 Phone and Windows 7/8.

If you don't already, install the OneDrive app on your phone from the Store.

In Windows 7, you can install the OneDrive desktop app.
