Solved How to copy data from software installed Virtual PC to Windows 7?

Have successfully installed Virtual PC on my Windows 7 machine and got my older software installed and discovered when I copy data from Virtual PC it wont paste to my Windows 7 program software - will I have to install Office and my printer on the Virtual PC?

Anybody with a work around ...
