Ok, so then go inside the directory you just created, and create another directory. Now you have a directory (folder) inside of a directory (folder).

what do you mean

In the "C" drive directory, assuming "C" is the drive with the directory where you want to create a new subdirectory, right click the primary directory and select "New" then select "Folder".
