How to Delete old windows Files(Not windows.old FOLDER)

In the Screenshot you will see in the first window
"Drogram files" there are folder named "WINDOWS blah blah blah"
and in the third window
"Drogram files(x86)"
theres also windows folder

Disk D is my Disk C before
because the last disk drive where ive install an OS automatically it become C:

my previous windows 7 has lost its OS
I wasnt able to back up my files so I decided to install windows 7 on another drive(Thats my running OS now)

Ahmm I just want to know to delete or uninstall windows files from another drive SAFELY. ..
Please help me i have no more space available. .

I'll assume that you need access to all files and folders on the D drive.

Why don`t you want to repair your C: drive ?
Apparently you have a lot of stuff on it.

Where are you gonna put the data you have on it.
