how to disable Autoplay for phone?

I have already disable Autoplay enabled for all drives, but when I plug in my Android phone to change the phone, I am still getting Autoplay pop up window.

How can I disable this stupid pop up?

Which phone are you using? Make and Model?

with your phone plugged into the computer
type autoplay in the start search box and select autoplay in the search result,
when the window opens scroll to the bottom and look under the devices section,
see your phone and click the dropdown arrow and from the list select "take no action."
