so i have install my window 7 home premium and i want to see how i can customise my window for doe as this pictures :

that appears to be a shell over windows or a concept theme, it's simply not going to be possible to do that to 7 without a shell theme at this point.

That all looks photoshop'd i just don't see anyone creating something that advance of a shell this early for win7.

Some of it I can see it downloaded, for example....

The circle bar in the top right looks like circle dock just set up in the corner of the screen.

The taskbar was put in the top right. Other than that I don't see much else being legit. If it is hats off to the author cause that is looking good.
