Hi,
I've got BSOD with this message. I tried to fix this with the Hotfix which I downloaded from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977178 but when I press Windows6.1-KB977178-v2-x64.msu file, I got a message:
The update is not applicable to your computer.
What can I do to fix it?
My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1.
