how to force IGP to run faster

i have x4500mhd(laptop) and i was wondering if theres a way to kind of Oc it or force it to run at highest speed all the time.

ideally, you want the graphics (and main processor) to run at highest speed only when it needs to - not all the time.

less speed = less noise = longer battery life = cooler machine = longer life machine probably

Short of setting the powerplan to 'High' when plugged in - it's really not a good idea to OC a laptop.

Laptops run hot as it is - using a software based OC app just isn't advisable.

already did that, also using custom driver, game boost, g boost, and some other stuff
