How to Get Rid of Smarter Shopper Ads

GEEZ, I've tried SAS, Malware (something),something else, and I've already got BitDefender, and NONE of these help with this stinking ad crap. I can't even put a emoticon in this post because of the Smarter Shopper Ads. They say you can uninstall them, but I've looked in my Chrome ext, AND Installed Programs, and it's not listed ANYWHERE! How do I get rid of this crap?
