Solved How To install Windows 7 in C Disk WIthout Formatiing C?

Hello friends
I want to install windows 7 in my pc but i want to know that can i install windows 7 in C disk without formatiing C disk because i used two HD in PC. So one(main HD with os) got failed somehow i don't know and now i want to install windows in second HD's C disk but my second drives's C disk contain data that i can't backup to another disk(D,E) or any other place.So i want to know that can i install Windows 7 in C without formatting C.

If I understand what you desire, I believe that cloning your drive to a external drive would meet your desire.
You would end up with the original and a cloned copy on a external drive.

Why does your second drive have a C partition ?

Just create another partition if you want to install windows.

Personally, I would get a solid state drive to install windows on.

Your data will be fine if you don't format the drive. You will need enough space, of course.
