How to KILL Libraries

I hate the Libraries feature. Coming from WinXP I'm used to a straight forward folder structure where what you see is what you get. All my files are organized where I want them and I don't need any help in that department.

Whenever I save files in whatever program I'm using the there are all these mystery folders that are either empty or not accessible. I'm constantly having to scroll to find MyComputer so I can dig my way down to the REAL folder I'm looking for.

I try to delete these useless library folders but the seem to reappear. I now use Directory Opus as a replacement to explorer but the folder tree still shows these library files and so does every program's Open and Save dialogs.

I tried the registry hack offered up here:

But I'm still seeing a lot of folders that look like shortcuts yet I cannot access them without going through a permissions hassle. Even then, they don't appear to be real folders, just more of those pointers to new Win7 system files. I guess I can't delete them but I'd like them to disappear from view.

How can I disable Libraries completely? I must KILL this feature before I kill myself.
