i will try to use your recommendation and uncheck use vhdx BOX.
i am just wondering if i can convert the VHDX file i created already to VHD

I've been trying as an experience to convert VHDX to VHD
I WILL try to select vhd this time

but when i tried to use the virtual box it is just gone a black xp window
do i need to have the iso for the windows i am installing
