Did you buy this version of Windows or when you updated it you start to have the error "This version of Windows is not Genuine"?

If the second one is the issue, download this :ar:FIXIT TOOL. Save it on your desktop and run the exe.

Sorry did you look in the battery compartment. Sometimes they hide it in there.

If you don't have a COA (The Certificate of Authenticity (COA))
you will have to buy one.

You must be very careful where you but Windows from. Their many counterfeits being sold for some really cheap prices.

What is the Windows Certificate of Authenticity?

Then I would recommend doing a clean install
